Responsibilities

• Develop a firmed-up business case for a solution migration plan and present to HC EXCO for decision making.
• Ability to review and tighten commercials per country (where Absa operates) to support executive decision making of the proposed solutions and clearly outline the business benefits of each solution aligned to the indicative costs.
• Support in the preparation of bespoke presentations to meet different stakeholder decision making processes.
• Support in development and framing solution options with a steering committee recommendation on a high-level plan and implementation of the recommended solution.
• Provide support on an RFP to identify solution service providers who can develop a blueprint for the solution journey.
