Under general supervision, the Senior Compensation Analyst utilizes specialized knowledge and skills to plan and execute varied assignments. These include compensation and financial analyses, research, design, communication, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures for a region (Asia, Europe, or Americas). The incumbent assists with the evaluation, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that align with Corporate/Global Compensation & Benefits strategies while considering local laws, regulations, and market competitiveness to enhance business impact.
