Continuous Improvement / Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Senior Mission Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, cost, and service levels across manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with business performance targets and continuous improvement strategy.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute end-to-end continuous improvements initiatives across manufacturing and/or supply chain operations.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and long-term operational strategy.
- Analyze operational performance using data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a key contributor in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and coach cross-functional teams.
- Lead complex problem-solving efforts using structured methodologies (DMAIC, RCA, etc.).
