You will report directly to our Sales Leader and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an hybrid work schedule.

US Digital Designs by Honeywell offers Fire Station Alerting. The business sells directly to Fire Departments and Dispatch centers and then executes the projects. This position leads the project managers and field professionals to deliver for customers. This role ensures customer satisfaction, financial performance, and risk managed projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead and manage the team responsible for the delivery of Fire Station Alerting systems to various customer locations.
+ Promote and lead a safety culture reducing risk.
+ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
