Sr Customer Success Manager – Santiago, Chile
Location: Santiago, Chile. This role grows, nurtures, and retains LATAM accounts for Entrust’s Identity Security solutions. It involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts and ensuring successful implementation and onboarding for customers across the LATAM region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and forecast book of business, including ongoing usage revenue, renewals, and partnering with Sales AEs on upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executive, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver the best Entrust experience.
- Identify and solve client challenges, presenting solutions in partnership with the client.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding priorities and product enhancements to the Product team.
