Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Workforce Management Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting integrations and enhancements for Time & Attendance and HR systems, primarily using UKG Pro and Boomi. This person partners closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and supports the full application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
 • Development & Support
  ○ Design, build, and maintain integrations and application enhancements
  ○ Support day-to-day administration of UKG Pro WFM and Time & Attendance systems
  ○ Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
 • Architecture & Design
  ○ Contribute to system and data architecture, ensuring scalability and performance
  ○ Lead design sessions and recommend build vs. buy solutions
 • Business Partnership
  ○ Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
