The Senior Application Engineer Supervisor leads a team of application engineers responsible for delivering technical solutions that align customer requirements with company products and technologies. Key Responsibilities

+ Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Application Engineers working in Dynamo & Asset Performance Management applications.
+ Delegate various tasks to the team members
+ Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create development plans for team members.
+ Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement within the team.
+ Collaborate with GTAC and Development team to deliver solution in timely manner.
+ Actively drive Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) within the team
+ Monthly Reporting.
