As a Lead Engineer in NVH at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd your responsibilities include: Carry out frequency domain and time domain analysis in system level and vehicle level for evaluating the dynamic characteristics using CAE tools.
Validate and correlate the simulation results with physical test data and setup process / standards for CAE methodologies.
Involvement in the project from concept phase to start of production, handling the field and quality issues, contributing with analysis for improvement in BSR-NVH domain.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate BSR-NVH solutions early in the development phase.
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of the findings from benchmarks for projects to build top-notch quality products.
