- This senior role, based in the Norway office in Stavanger shall be responsible to ensure a complete suite of professional project services activities (cost estimation, cost forecasting, performance reporting, project & portfolio planning, budget management and risk management) is carried out for the entire non operated Norway project portfolio, in accordance with the Norway NOV project strategy and ensure targeted influence into Operators' Project Services deliverables to maximize value to Client.
