As an Field Service Technician , you maintain and repair Multi-Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues.
• Perform on-site service of MFPs.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales.
• Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets.
• Responsible to learn new technologies.
• 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers.
