Incentive Deals

• Facilitate the deal review process providing feedback where appropriate to optimize risk-adjusted returns. Offer recommendations to senior leadership on the financial viability and execution risks of deals.
• Support CEMEA sub-regions with deal modeling.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner (FBP) deal reviewer for CEMEA sub-regions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of deal performance.
• Lead enhancements and knowledge sharing in deal modeling.
• Maintain CEMEA Issuing deal model.
• Drive continuous improvements in incentive-related processes and procedures.
• Work closely with the Global Deals Team to ensure CEMEA requirements are met for all new systems. Actively participate in testing launching and training to ensure a smooth roll‑out across sub regions.
