The Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer is a hands‑on engineering role responsible for the design, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. This position requires deep technical expertise across the PolicyCenter product model, underwriting rules, UI configuration (PCF), Gosu development, data model extensions, forms, rating, validations, and full policy lifecycle behavior. It is a delivery‑focused and hands‑on role; candidates must have proven experience implementing and enhancing PolicyCenter in production environments and be capable of independently owning complex enhancements from design through deployment.
