Safety Culture

• Follow all safety guidelines within the power plant and head office as instructed by the HSE Team, including wearing the required PPE when needed
• Perform the required emergency response actions as needed during any time of emergency
• Attend internal HSE trainings per year, as well as complete any online HSE required courses

• To maintain a performance management system alongside department managers to ensure that department objectives are aligned with company overall objectives.
