JOB SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, responsible for operating, maintaining and servicing HVAC cooling systems and related equipment. Demonstrates a high degree of technical knowledge. Provides guidance to lower level HVAC repairers.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Services special electrical controls, gauges and panels for all equipment.Services and changes out motors, fans, exhausts and vent systems.Diagnoses problems and repairs equipment valves, chillers, boilers, traps, exchanger, radiators, regulators, pumps and pipes.Repairs and calibrates pneumatic and electric controls, variable frequency drives, connecting pipes, valves, dampers, actuators, air compressors and refrigeration dryers.Pe...
