Description
Join Amazon's US Grocery Delivery team as a Sr. Manager of Program Management, where you will serve as the single-threaded owner of delivery strategy and execution across the US Sub Same Day Grocery (SSDG) delivery network.

In this role, you will lead a team of direct reports, owning both cost and quality performance for Sub Same Day Grocery last mile delivery. You will act as a thought leader for your team — guiding deep dives into complex data to drive adjustments across proactive levers (driver scheduling, routing, and assignment) and reactive systems (exception management, andons, and alerts). Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be critical to optimizing delivery performance and raising the bar for the customer experience across SSDG's store-based fulfillment and delivery model.
