The role reports to, and partners closely with, the Global HR Business Partner to support the Enterprise Foundations - Operations leadership team.

- Partner with global HRBPs to understand the strategic priorities of Enterprise Foundations - Operations and translate them into actionable people and organizational plans.
- Enable talent and performance outcomes by executing global strategies across talent management, organizational design, performance management, and talent refresh & optimization.
- Build future-ready capability by partnering with leaders to identify strengths, development needs, and shape robust leadership and specialist talent pipelines.
