As the Director, Global End-to-End People Data Governance and My Core HR, you will shape and drive the future state of our global employee Work & Life journey, solidify the foundation of our people data strategy, and elevate People Data as a core strategic asset. This role is pivotal in fostering a data‑driven culture, ensuring improved data quality, and proactively shaping the employee experience through critical M&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Transform the Employee Journey: Shift from fragmented HR interactions to a seamless, globally consistent, and deeply integrated Work & Life employee experience.
• Elevate People Data as a Strategic Asset: Champion a robust, end‑to‑end People Data Strategy and Governance framework, moving data from an administrative byproduct to a reliable engine for insights and decision‑making.
