**BASIC PURPOSE:** The primary purpose is to manage Musket’s waterborne commercial operations for Refined Products and Renewable Fuels

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Optimize and communicate voyage programming across Musket’s ocean-going and inland-waterway fleet (spot and time-charter)
+ Develop processes around chartering, loss-control, demurrage etc. to generate and preserve commercial value.
+ Maintain and develop key internal and external relationships including suppliers, customers, and terminal operators.
+ Ensure product quality control is consistent with commercial and regulatory handling requirements.
