Sr Mechanical Engineering Supervisor

Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, the Sr Engineering Supervisor will lead, manage and direct execution of a subgroup of Engineers and Technicians focused on products for specific market segments (Nuclear/Aerospace/Industrial) at Curtiss-Wright Round Rock. The primary responsibilities for this position are to build a high-performance team, continually improve engineering processes, and deliver high-quality safety-related instrumentation into the market on-time and under-budget. Additional responsibilities include meeting revenue, profit, cash and order goals, executing customer funded development projects, teaming with the other managers within the organization to define and streamline engineering processes.
