Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, tire replacements/flat repairs, brake repairs, electrical diagnostics, and basic structural repairs on tractor and trailer equipmentOversee recall campaigns and sign off on completionDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ABS system and specialized equipment including refrigerated units, lift gates, and frame alignmentMay onboard and mentor new technician trainees; act as team lead to coordinate shift support and tasksFollow all safety requirements while at a customer or rail yardProfessionally operate assigned service truck and according to company requirements; properly attend to service truck parts inventoryAccurately complete work orders and other written materials according to established proceduresProperly document damage to company equipment to...
