Program Manager responsible for supporting extraordinary teams and building great products.

• Develops and maintains business relationships to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manages customer relationships through monthly or quarterly reviews, communicating deliveries, commitments, and overall account progress.
• Coordinates with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) to ensure compliance with quality, testing, materials, and process targets.
• Coordinates the View Point process to review customer and GAM satisfaction and implements improvement actions.
• Monitors and reports on accounts receivable (AR) troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
