Key Responsibilities:
Actively manage parts sales by effectively forecasting inventory turnover and replenishment; monitor inventory levels and order parts as required ensuring adequate supply based on sales information and re-ordering pointsObserve all Company safety requirementsPerform other duties as required or assignedMaintain a clean, well-ordered work environment free of trash and hazardsShip and receive shop tools requiring repair or replacementRetain/ ship parts and maintain JBHT information systems of parts and fuel to ensure proper quantity ordered and damage free; stock inbound parts to proper storage location and update information systemsRegularly gather management reports of parts usage, sales and other timely dataProvide administrative support by copying and typing correspondence, maintaining records and filingPerform the daily full time tasks ...
