CALPAK is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Sr. Performance Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day paid media operations across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.  This role will focus on campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and performance monitoring to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing and will play a key part in ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, tracked properly, and continuously optimized through ongoing testing and iteration.
