Amazon's Last Mile Fleet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the service strategy and lifecycle management for safety technology devices across our North America delivery fleet. In this role, you'll define the vision and roadmap for how we maintain, repair, and optimize critical safety technologies—including AI-powered driver coaching cameras, edge computing systems, and telematics platforms—that protect delivery associates and communities while enabling operational excellence.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end product experience for device service delivery, from defining service models and vendor ecosystems to establishing performance standards and driving cost optimization.
