Description
The Sr. Product Manager-Tech on the DSP-DA LifeCycle Management (DALCM) team owns the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the critical milestones in the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Delivery Associate (DA) lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding, qualifications management, and status management across Amazon's global transportation network. The DSP program is the backbone of Amazon's last-mile delivery network, operating in 22 countries with over 4,400 DSPs and 390,000+ Delivery Associates.

This role is responsible for customer experiences with considerable complexity, managing a unified data platform that serves as the single source of truth for associate information.
