We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Senior Scrum Master** to lead multiple agile teams focused on developing and enhancing insurance products and services for our Employee Benefits sector. This role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating agile ceremonies, and removing impediments to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

**Responsibilities**

* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) effectively and efficiently for 2+ agile teams.
