Live Vox: 6+ years of experience
Onsite position
NICE CXone Studio: Strong proficiency in ACD, IVR, and Studio scripting.
API
Data Handling: Work with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data exchange and system connectivity.
Scripting
Automation: Create, test, and deploy CXone routing scripts, workflows, and automation processes to optimize contact center operations.
Experience with Nice WFM solution
Support experience in handling P1, P2 and P3 incidents in a contact center application area. Experience with connectivity of Nice with Salesforce CRM solution.
