You will develop and execute validation plans for optical transceivers and related components. Perform calibration, characterization, and testing of electro-optic transceivers. Set up and maintain automated test platforms for optical transceiver validation. Analyze test results and troubleshoot performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and reliability. Document validation processes and generate technical reports. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in optical communication technologies.
