Role Scope

This role is focused on construction and capital project cost analysis, specifically related to semiconductor manufacturing facilities and cleanroom environments. It is a specialized role with a focus on construction and engineering project cost management rather than traditional finance, accounting, or audit functions. Candidates with relevant project‑based cost experience will be best positioned to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Objectives & Planning: develop and implement construction cost objectives and cost control plans to achieve overall capital project cost targets; support long‑range planning and capital forecasting for large‑scale construction programs.
