**About the team:** The Sr Supply Chain Supervisor – launch management is responsible for leading and supervising the team of direct reports and to ensure the success in the supply chain concepts and implementation for launches of new customers / products or running changes. This position will lead activities that ensure quality and process efficiency while meeting all customer requirements and company goals. This position will oversee all day-to-day activities of launches, engineering changes and special projects in supply chain, in addition to providing daily guidance, and resources for the team to meet objectives within their assignments.
