Preference would be for candidate to possess extensive experience handling defense civil litigation in FL counties with signficant file hanlding in FL; and have state and federal courts experience. Insurance defense experience preferred with concentration in larger commercial lines cases as a plus. Proven trial advocacy skills are required as well as the ability to proactively and independently manage individual caseload working on a team with paralegal.
