Responsibilities:


  • Partner directly with designers, developers, and project managers to develop engaging user experiences
  • Translating business priorities into research questions and design insights
  • Developing and maintaining internal UX processes to adapt to evolving user and business needs
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target audiences, their behaviors, needs, and expectations
  • Defining user and process flows, site structures and site maps
  • Ensure the layout, composition, and information architecture for products and product features to ensure that underlying functionality is exposed in a clear and consistent manner across all devices
  • Foster a team environment in which designers feel engaged and motivated
  • Work with individual team members on career development, be a mentor to junior-level team members
