Role: Performs work up to and including journey level trades work in constructing, maintaining and repairing building plumbing systems and components. Acts in a leadership role in installation, maintenance, repair, and construction projects, and participates as part of a maintenance team responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facilities operated by the Strait Regional Centre for Education.

Responsibilities:

• Builds, repairs, maintains, and installs plumbing systems including but not limited to water, wastewater, and hydronic in accordance with established practices and standards;
