The Staff Development Coordinator provides oversight, guidance and direction for the planning, implementation, facilitation, and on-going evaluation of learning and development programs for colleagues. Ensures each learning initiative integrates the mission, values, culture and strategic priorities as it builds core competencies and effectiveness. Create and maintain relationships with internal instructors. Keep current with new trends in adult education, curriculum and effective learning environments.
