What You’ll Do
Lead Technical Effort on Engineering Projects: Manage multiple product and process development initiatives from concept to implementation.Innovate & Improve: Evaluate existing technologies and develop new solutions that meet internal and external customer needs.Mentor & Guide: Provide leadership and coaching to junior level Engineers, supporting their growth and project success.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product teams and cross-functional groups to bring new technologies to market.Translate Needs into Solutions: Develop experiment and validation to support simulation results to achieve product requirementsChampion New Technology: Drive the adoption of innovative tools and processes within Goodyear.Required Skills & Experience
