Responsibilities

• Provides engineering expertise for assigned projects to meet requirements.
• Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work.
• Plan and execute the product qualification and electrical test failure analysis.
• Assignments involve complex yield problem‑solving and DOE skills.
• May require resolving conflicts between product performance objectives and low‑yield problems.
• May lead the technical aspect of a project or sub‑project under the direction of the project leader, as well as provide guidelines to the junior engineer.
• Serves as a highly accountable technical resource on a production process or problem area. An example of Root Cause Determination and Solution Implementation is required for promotion to this level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
