Staff Nurse – Billericay Ward

We are looking for a registered nurse to join the Billericay Ward team at Broomfield Hospital. The ward provides in‑patient care for patients under ENT and maximum following. The role involves caring for patients undergoing elective or emergency surgery, and those recently admitted to ITU or HDU.

Main duties

• Provide safe and effective care in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Trust policies.
• Consistently organise and deliver individualized patient care, addressing physical, social and psychological needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives/carers, nursing colleagues and the multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate and efficient care.
• Support the Senior Charge Nurse in maintaining high standards of patient care and upholding privacy, dignity and respect.
