We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our nursing team, 23 hours a week. Evesham Community Hospital is a 50-bed stroke and general rehabilitation unit. The nursing staff work alongside the therapy team and adopt a multidisciplinary team approach to providing rehabilitation to the patients.
We require an innovative, enthusiastic, motivated individual interested in all areas of rehab. You will be required to plan, implement, evaluate and take responsibility for the nursing care of the ward patients on a daily basis. You will be expected to facilitate and support the patient and their families throughout their pathway from admission to discharge.
