Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties - Responsible in the administrative duties such as assisting in the reception & registration of patients, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling
- Dispensing of medicines in the clinic,
- Assist Doctors, Radiographers & Nurses on areas such as clinical matters, dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations etc,
- Responsible for following up with patients and their family for long-term yearly reviews.
- Responsible for building good rapport and relationship with patients and their family.
- Responsible in sterilizing the equipment.
- Responsible for stocktaking of drugs at the clinic.
- Responsible for keeping track of medicine administered for patients undergoing IVF.
