Responsibilities - Provide basic care such as checking and recording vital signs, maintaining patients' hygiene and assisting with daily activities like dressing or eating.
- Assess patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter and other related tasks.
- Ensure continuity of treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.
- Report to patients' primary care provider.
- Offer a professional source of comfort to patients and their families.
