**Harborview Medical Center’s Psychiatry Department** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Staff Scheduling Coordinator.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ 40 hours per week

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Schedule RN’s, Patient Service Specialists, and Patient Care Techs in scheduling software (UKG Pro.)
+ Record keeping including tracking minimum shift requirements for intermittent staff members, and tracking timecard exceptions
+ Process shifts requests
+ Answer questions from staff members re: staffing/scheduling questions
+ Schedule staff members for last-minute shifts
+ Practice fiscal responsibility be minimizing the use of overtime and maintaining productivity within target range
