We’re looking to add a Staff Software Engineer to join the Engage Product Group in Flywheel Product Line. Engage Product Group mission is to reinvent HubSpot GTM Sales teams by supercharging our sales reps with world-class AI to help them hit and exceed plans. We build, evolve and maintain sophisticated AI products that meaningfully increase closed won rates by qualifying inbound leads with AI, providing intelligent insights and coaching, and generate highly-customized demo instances for every HubSpot prospect using multi-agent systems. For this role, we are building a reusable, reliable, and intelligent context layer for GTM AI and agents. Our goal is to centralize insight storage, search, and retrieval; enabling faster experimentation; improving insight quality through evaluation and versioning; and powering flagship agents and guided experiences with consistent, high-quality context.
