Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Act as a technical lead developer, owning technical design and development of cross‑functional, multi‑platform, fault‑tolerant application systems. Continuously improve the software engineering developer experience; identify gaps in existing internal framework and tools and contribute. Establish engineering best practices; identify and establish code–review standards and other best‑practice standards. Provide technical expertise and problem solving; define technical standards and provide technical support to ensure engineering best practices are consistently met.
