• Transfer and develop GaN power technologies.
• Work together with unit process development experts to define process requirements and to optimize process modules.
• Set up new process of records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration).
• Plan, execute and evaluate development experiments by using Design of Experiment technique.
• Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project time-line.
• Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies.
• Define and evaluate process control monitor structures and data.
