Responsibilities

" Perform visual inspections and measurements on incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Materials will include both refractory and sheet metal.

" Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations from quality standards to the appropriate personnel.

" Conduct regular inspections of production processes to monitor quality control parameters and identify areas for improvement.

" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

" Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records and documentation.

" Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.

" Support the department s safety initiatives, apply knowledge of industrial safety standards, and identify health hazards.
