Role Purpose To lead and drive business growth, market expansion, and execution excellence in General Trade in assigned Territory by providing strategic direction, effective team leadership, and operational efficiency. The role involves managing Area Sales Managers, distributors, and key stakeholders to achieve sales, profitability, and visibility goals in alignment with regional and national business objectives. Offered CTC : 20.00 to 22.00 L fixed CTC 2L Incentive PA. Working Days : 6 Days Note : We are not considering candidates from ITC, Patanjali, DS Group, Adani Wilmar, Groovy also not considering candidates from Alco Bev, Dairy & Ice Cream industries. Team : managing team of 2 ASMs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of state sales and distribution targets. Growth in outlet coverage and market share. Sales team productivity and retention. Distributor ROI and operational hygiene. Execution and visibility performance metrics.
