Job Overview

Registered Nurse responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital, following hospital policies and procedures and ensuring holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and carry out nursing care in line with the organization’s vision, mission, goals and objectives.
2. Perform shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager according to operational hours.
3. Notify the Unit Manager when a change occurs that affects standards of care.
4. Receive and hand over patient reports, ensure all doctors’ orders are carried out before shift change, and document incidents or problems encountered.
5. Visit each patient with the team during duty handover to assess condition and re‑plan nursing care based on evaluation, determining priorities and planning care according to needs and staff availability.
