We are seeking an experienced Station Operations Manager (Cold Chain) to oversee end-to-end temperature-controlled logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient, timely, and compliant delivery of cold chain products while maintaining high service levels and operational excellence. You will lead a team on the ground, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Capacity Planning

• Ensure sufficient capacity for parcel collection and delivery
• Drive high SLA performance and timeslot adherence
• Minimise product damages and defrosting incidents

2. Cost & Performance Management

• Manage operating costs in line with budget targets (~$350K/month)
• Monitor financial and operational performance metrics
• Implement cost optimisation initiatives

3. SOP Governance & Compliance
