We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our growing dental team. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical environment by ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain and manage supply inventory to support daily clinical operations

+ Clean, sanitize, sterilize, and organize dental instruments following established protocols

+ Ensure all instruments are processed promptly upon arrival in central sterilization

+ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the sterilization area

+ Accurately document sterilization cycles and spore testing logs

+ Utilize tracking systems to monitor instruments throughout the sterilization process
