We are seeking a reliable and proactive Steward to join our operations team. The role is suited to individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a practical approach to facilities and equipment care. Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and hand‑wash items as required, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitisation of plates, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and service ware.
• Sort, scrape, soak and pre‑rinse items before loading into dishwashers, ensuring the correct detergents and chemicals are used according to instructions.
• Dry, polish and store clean items in designated locations while handling delicate items such as stemware and silver with care.
